How to always stay motivated and keep your motivation daily.

I’ll be very short and sweet this time – how do i get motivated to do the stuff that I do on a daily basis?

I’ve been talking a lot about motivation recently with some of the people from the self-improvement movement, and specifically about questions like “How do I get and stay motivated to accomplish my goals and tasks? How do I get and keep daily motivation to succeed at the things that I want?

Well, I don’t know about you guys, but for me, the most important thing in order to reach my goals was to stop thinking about motivation.

Let’s say I want to be a great dancer. If I ask myself every morning “Am I motivated, do I feel like going to practice?”

The answer will often be “no” because it’s just so much easier to sit home and scroll Facebook or Reddit, or play video games than to go to practice. At that moment I feel more like staying home, because I’m a human and humans always feel like doing the easiest thing. We love to sit comfortably in our cozy comfort zones.

So instead I ask myself a bigger question: “Do I want to be a great dancer?

The answer to that question is “YES”. And because of that, I will stop asking myself every morning if I’m motivated. I don’t stop to think if I feel like going. Instead I think: “I’m going now because today is Thursday, it’s 7:00 AM, and I’m not sick”.

You could try that as well. Ask yourself if your thing is the thing you want to do with your life. If yes, then stop questioning it.

If yes, then just go and do it, simply because it’s what you want to do, and not because it would be “cool” to do it, or because it would be “nice” to be a dancer, or a tennis player, or a lion tamer, or a good entrepreneur, or a good lover who gets laid all the time, or whatever else it is that you fancy doing with your time.

And this works for anything and everything else that you can think of; for how to stay motivated to study in school, at work, to train and develop a healthy body, to start a company, become an entrepreneur, get your social skills handled, meet new people, make new friends, become more successful with women, and so on and so forth. Everyone has different goals, and you can succeed at yours, as long as you actually and truly WANT to succeed at any of those things.

Here’s another great way to look at it: You won’t get much done if you only grind and hustle hard on the days you feel good!

So, do you want to get stuff done in your life? Then apply this little life-hack and the sky will be your limit.

Or don’t, and sit comfortably and passively in your comfort zone. But then don’t complain when others get to have all the fun while enjoying the fruits of their labor, and you get nothing good in your life.

As a dating and seduction coach, I struggle with people who only wish to get better with women, without having to do any actual work or expend any effort. These people just waste time and money, and almost never get anywhere. You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink sort of thing.

I can help you with getting one of the most important areas in your life handled.
